Return Policy / Delivery Policy
- Points will be added for first login and Each purchase under that account
- Points will be added for each referral purchase.
- Delivery charges Free for UAE
- Delivery will be done only to selected locations.
- Delivery will be done within 3-5 working days.
- Returns are accepted only same time of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, food items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
- We do not take back product made as requested by the customer
- The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories)
- Product that comes in exclusive offers or in not eligible for return in exclusive offers or in not eligible for return category cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- 20% reduction from selling price will be applicable for any cancellation of order. This applies to any product if it’s cancelled alone.
- For defects identified full purchase amount will be refunded within 15 days of the product return
- 15 days will be taken for process of any refund.
- Non-Refundable Payments: Refunds are not possible after a quotation is approved and payment is completed.
- If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect.
a) I received a defective / damaged item, can I get a refund?
- In case the product received by you is damaged or defective, you could return the product in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. For defects identified full purchase amount will be refunded within 15 days of the product return
b) I received a wrong item, how can I return it?
- In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund along with free 15 day returns
c) I made a transaction via credit card. How can I receive a refund?
- In case if you cancel the order or if it’s cancelled before shipping, the amount will be refunded back to the credit card/debit card automatically which will reflect in your card within 7-14 business days.
